《東張西望》女主持梁麗翹(Nicole)一向身材Fit爆,但2018年誕下女兒後發福不少,體重高達160榜,更被嘲上鏡不好看,當時她不斷節食和做運動,但都徒勞無功。最終她嘗試了「生酮飲食法」,成功在7個月內回復窈窕身材。近日她就拍片大談減肥經歷,更分享「懶人版生酮減肥法」,指6星期可激減16磅。
Nicole近日在YouTube頻道分享影片,指自己懷孕時體重達到最高峰的170磅,產後一段時間都維持在150至160磅水平。為了極速修身,她不斷做運動和節食,但只要一停止運動和回復正常飲食,體重就會反彈,令她相當困擾。

她形容每天返工都沒有自信,經常都收到負面評語,「你休息下吧」、「你瘦返先返工啦」、「你在鏡頭咁肥,反而害了自己」,導致情緒一度低落。
直至7個月前,她嘗試了一個新的飲食習慣,她指自己沒有做運動,每餐吃到飽,沒有飢餓感,在6至8個星期減去15磅,體重由本來的130至140磅,減至120磅,在7個月以來都沒有反彈。
